EETS trial operation

ITIS Holding has launched a trial operation of the European Electronic Toll Service (EETS) in Slovakia. The contract with the National Motorway Company (NDS) has set the duration of the trial operation for a period of 3 months. During this period, the processes on the part of both EETS providers and the National Motorway Company itself are to be thoroughly tested on a limited number of customers.

Customer Service Line

We will be happy to advise you by phone in Czech and English language from Monday to Friday from 07:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Customer Service Line will provide you with general information about the EETS, toll collection, the companies of ITIS Holding and PaySystem, as well as information about the services provided and the details of the Toll&More product (information about registration, operation, billing and contractual terms and conditions).

Calls to the Customer Service Line will be charged as regular fixed line calls within the Czech Republic.
